Ironwoman/Ironman Series – Elimination Round       

Round 5 of the Nutri-Grain Ironwoman and Ironman Series will take place in North Cronulla on 19 January 2020, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

Aptly called the “Survival Round”, the competition consists of 4 x 10-minute races with a 2-minute countdown between each.  The group of 20 athletes will decrease to 5 as competitors are dropped off at the end of each race.

Cheer on our Newport hopefuls with Lizzie Welbourne currently in 3^rd position with 63 points, Max Brooks with 43 points in 8^th position, Jackson Borg in 13^th with 34 points and Charlie Brooks with 19 points in 20^th position.
