3. Discussion on New Board Position – Director of Sponsorship & Grants Officer
The Director of Sponsorship & Grants Officer is responsible for securing financial support to advance Newport SLSC programs and strategic goals. The role oversees sponsorship opportunities, manages sponsor relationships, identifies and prepares grant applications, ensures compliance with funding requirements, tracks outcomes, and provides regular reporting to the Board. The Director will also lead a subcommittee to support these objectives.
4. Special Resolution to alter Regulation 18.2 of the Constitution by creating an additional Board position- (j) Director of Sponsorship & Grants Officer:
